Project Management Support
Research Advancement provides project management support for proposals. Specifically, we can assist with the following
- Organize and attend team meetings
- Create user-friendly proposal checklists based on solicitation
- Generate proposal development timelines
- Manage team’s progress to stay on track for timely submission
- Collect all required proposal documents and information
- Initiate proposals in Streamlyne and sponsor portal
- Upload documents and input information into sponsor portals
- Interface internally with the Office of Sponsored Programs and externally with subawards, project collaborators, and industry partners
